My Experience: This is a great place. The fish tank helped with my anxiety and fear. The young woman I spoke to on the phone to ask for an appt was very helpful and sweet. I cannot stress how amazing this practice is. I called at 1:30 and I was being seen at 2:2O pm that same day. I was in excruciating pain when i called and to hear a nice soothing voice tell me they understood my pain and that they would help me was just relieving.
Experience With Team: The doctor I saw I believe his name was john. He was extremely soothing and really held my hand and walked me through everything. The nurses were so sweet and understanding. I was very
pleased because i have major dental issues and they didn’t put me down or try to push me to have more work done. I really felt like they had my best interests at heart.The lady that explained the payments really was very clear and concise. This was an emergency appt but I would definitely without hesitation make them my dentist.
Favorite Thing About Practice: wow favorite thing there were so many. The fish tank. The sweet office staff. The way they allowed my husband to be with me during my extractions. Laughing gas definitely #1 favorite it made the extraction go easier. Also the amazing way that he didn’t just force through. he would stop when i felt pain and give me more novacaine Just phenomenal care and patience. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!! Loved the massage part of the dentist chair. really makes for a soothing time.
How can we lmprove: I can’t think of anything other than maybe the lV sedation.

Additional Comments: I am so incredibly thankful that I found you online and you were the place I chose. You are just an amazing empathetic staff. Having people around that are nice and caring makes all the difference. Dr. John was really amazing and gentle. Thank you for making things a bit easier for a patient who is petrified of the dentist.
